Release to lock the fill level

Target is 58% ± 6%

Higher fill improves satisfaction but increases spill risk


Step 2 — Cap

Drag the cap into the dashed zone

It will snap into place automatically

Placement completes the step immediately


Step 3 — Torque

Press and hold to apply torque

Release to lock the value

Acceptable range is marked on the meter

Out-of-range torque increases defects


Step 4 — Ship Batch

Ship 10 bottles at once

Revenue and defects are calculated per unit

Review batch performance, then move to the next batch

Trend Chart shows average batch error over time

Pareto Chart shows which defect categories dominate

FPY (First Pass Yield) reflects perfect units shipped

Revenue is reduced by defect severity
