How to use this simulator:
Overview
The plant runs continuously from Raw Sugar → Cooker → Tumblers → Packaging
Each truck requires 100% completion of all SKUs
Packaging jams, changeovers, and downtime are intentionally unavoidable — your job is to manage them
Key Player Controls
Start / Pause / Reset — control the simulation clock
Packaging lines (Toggle / Clear) — turn lines on/off and recover from jams
Changeover — advance to the next scheduled SKU on each tumbler
What to Watch
Packaging jams drive downtime and force overflow usage
Overflow lines automatically activate when capacity is threatened
Tumbler shutdowns trigger product diversion or stop the cooker entirely
KPIs update live to show throughput, downtime cost, truck performance, and confidence
Win Condition
A truck loads and departs once all SKUs reach 100%.
Run as many trucks as you want — performance is tracked across shipments.
